I am a part of the Support Team at Podia where we work directly with our users to answer questions, solve issues, and be a listening ear for all things related to our platform!People are at the core of who I am and I believe that excellent customer support comes from a place of empathy and collaboration, both within a team and with users. Relationship building is my bread-and-butter and I believe being human and compassionate with one another is the best way to build trust.I love celebrating wins and achievements and it makes me happy when I can help others learn a new skill or gain knowledge that will help them succeed. I want others to feel like they have the tools to be the best they can and I am committed to being a leader in this. If I can solve puzzles and positively impact someone's day they can, in turn, impact another's day positively as well. By being unafraid to get my hands dirty with problem solving and showing up with empathy, I believe we can create magic together 🌈
